Help & Guide

Everything you need to start creating professional invoices and quotations in minutes.

Quick-Start Workflow
1
Add Your Products

Go to Products and add the items or services you sell. Enter a name, price in USD, category, and optional description. Products are your building blocks for all documents.

2
Add Your Customers

Visit Customers to create a directory of companies or individuals. Store their name, contact person, phone, email and address so they auto-fill on every document.

3
Create a Quotation

Open Quotations, select a customer, pick products, choose a currency (prices convert automatically), set VAT% and any discount, then save. Use Preview / Export PDF to send to your client.

4
Convert to Invoice

Once the client approves, open Invoices and load the quotation. All items, totals, and currency are copied across — finalise and export.

5
Track Payments & Run Reports

Mark invoices as Paid, Partially Paid, or Overdue. Visit Reports & Tax for revenue summaries, VAT breakdowns, and customer analytics — all converted to USD.

Export Backups Often

Use the Export Backup button inside Products, Customers, Quotations and Invoices. Save the JSON file somewhere safe — it restores everything instantly.

💱

Prices Auto-Convert

Products are stored in USD. Switching currency on a quotation converts all item prices live. The rate is frozen at save time so historical docs never change.

📴

Works 100% Offline

All data is stored locally on your device. No internet required after first load — perfect for low-connectivity environments.

⚙️

Customise Your Branding

Open Settings → Branding to upload your logo, set company name, address, payment terms, footer text, and choose a document template colour.

PDF Export

Use Preview / Export PDF on any quotation or invoice. On Android the PDF saves to Downloads. On Windows it opens in your default PDF viewer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Open the Invoices page and click Load from Quotation. A dropdown lists all saved quotations — select the one you want. All items, totals, customer, and currency are copied across. Review and click Save Invoice.
Yes — open the quotation for editing and change the Currency selector. Prices will reconvert from their USD base. Save again to persist the new currency. Note: changing a rate in Currency Settings will not affect already-saved documents.
Products are stored in USD. When you select a non-USD currency the price is divided by the exchange rate. For example, a $1 product with ZAR at rateToUSD 0.028 shows as R35.71. You can always override the unit price manually before adding the item.
Tap the Settings button on the home screen, then choose Branding. Upload a PNG/JPG logo, enter your company name, address, phone, payment terms, and footer message. Changes apply to all new documents immediately.
All data is stored locally in your device's IndexedDB — never sent to any server. Back up regularly using the Export Backup buttons. You can restore from a backup JSON file if you reinstall the app or switch devices.
Reports convert all totals to USD using the exchange rate frozen at the time each document was saved. This ensures historical accuracy even if you later update exchange rates in Currency Settings.
